You can permanently delete your GymRPG account at any time. Deleting your account erases your personal data from the app, including workout history, nutrition logs, profile details, and social data.

Use this form to authenticate with your GymRPG account and submit an immediate deletion request.

1. Before You Delete

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once completed, you will lose access to your character progression, quest history, parties, friends, and in-app settings.

Important: If you want to keep a record of your data, request an export before deleting your account by emailing support@gymrpg.app.

2. Delete Your Account In The App

Follow these steps:

  1. Open GymRPG on your mobile device.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Open Account.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm the deletion request.

After confirmation, your account is marked for deletion and your app access is revoked.

3. If You Cannot Access The App

If you cannot log in, send a deletion request from your registered email address to support@gymrpg.app with the subject line Delete Account Request.

For your security, we may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

4. What Data Is Deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we remove or irreversibly anonymize:

  • Account identity data (email, username, profile metadata)
  • Workout logs, plans, progress history, and related in-app stats
  • Nutrition logs and tracking history
  • Social data such as friend links, party membership, and chat participation records
  • Device-linked app preferences associated with your account

5. Deletion Timeline

We complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request. Some encrypted backups may persist temporarily and are automatically removed according to backup retention cycles.

Where required by law, we may retain limited records (for example, anti-fraud or financial compliance logs) for the minimum required period.

6. Subscriptions & Purchases

Deleting your GymRPG account does not automatically cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions. You must cancel subscriptions directly through Apple or Google billing settings.

Purchases already completed are non-refundable except where required by law or platform policy.
