Skill trees

A skill tree powered by your muscle stats

Your level and your eight muscle stats earn skill points. You spend them on a tree of attack, defense, health and gold nodes that set how hard you hit the party boss.

Where points come from

  • A base budget of 3 points or your player level, whichever is higher.
  • One extra point each time any of your eight muscle stats crosses a tier: 15, 30, 50, 75, 105, 140, 185, 245, 320 and 410.
  • That is up to 80 points from stats alone. The whole tree costs 73.

The branches

  • Attack: flat attack, double strike chance and critical hit apex nodes.
  • Defense: flat shield and critical shield chance.
  • Health: max HP and HP regeneration on workout days.
  • Gold: a percentage boost to the gold you earn from workouts.

How it connects to your training

Every completed set adds to the muscle group it trained, so training your whole body fills the tiers in every group and gives you more points. Skewing your training toward a few groups still gives points, but later tiers get slower.

Frequently asked questions

Are the skill points tied to specific muscles?

Points come from your level and from tiers of each muscle stat, but you can spend them on any branch your unlocked nodes allow.

Do heavier lifts give more points?

No. Each completed set adds the same flat amount to its muscle stat, regardless of weight or reps.

What does the tree affect?

Your combat power against the party boss and your gold gain from workouts.
