XP & levels

Earn XP and level up by working out

Every completed set earns XP and raises the stat of the muscle you trained. XP becomes levels, and levels plus muscle stats become skill points. The only way to move is to train.

What a set is worth

  • 3 XP per set, capped at 90 XP per day (30 counted sets).
  • +1 stat to the main muscle group and +0.5 to up to two secondary groups. Stats start at 10 across arms, legs, chest, back, core, shoulders, glutes and stamina.
  • Cardio credits stamina.
  • Logging food on consecutive days multiplies workout XP and stat gains: 1.25x on days 1-2, 1.4x on days 3-5, 1.5x from day 6.

Level curve

Going from level N to N+1 costs N × 100 XP, so level 5 needs 1,000 XP in total and level 10 needs 4,500. Daily quests (275 XP in total) and weekly quests (675 XP) pay far more than the 90 XP set cap, so logging in and finishing quests matters as much as grinding sets.

What leveling unlocks

  • Skill points: at least 3, or one per level, plus one each time a muscle stat crosses a tier (15, 30, 50, 75, 105, 140, 185, 245, 320, 410).
  • A skill tree with attack, defense, health and gold branches.
  • Achievement gates at levels 5, 10, 25 and 50.

Does XP replace progressive overload?

No. A counted set adds the same stat whether it was 40 kg or 100 kg, so the game rewards doing the work and showing up. Progressive overload still has to come from you: use the logged weights, charts and your plan to push them up.

Frequently asked questions

Can I level up without working out?

Some XP comes from quests, achievements and a daily pet tap, but sets are the core source and your muscle stats only grow from completed sets.

Is there a daily XP cap?

Yes. Workout XP is capped at 90 per day, from 30 counted sets, and free accounts get one XP-rewarded workout per day.

Do heavier weights give more XP?

No. A counted set earns the same XP and stat gain regardless of weight or reps.
