Boss battles

Boss battles you can only join by training

Your party fights one boss together. You take a turn each day, and your attack only counts on days you worked out. Skill tree, gear and party perks set how hard you hit.

How a boss fight works

  • The boss has shared HP. Every member's daily turn chips it down.
  • Your turn runs automatically the first time you open the app each day.
  • To deal damage and gain shield that day you need to have completed at least one set.
  • The boss hits back, and a member who runs out of HP is knocked out until the fight resets.
  • Defeat the boss and members who contributed at least half the turns qualify for drops, plus gold, XP and party XP.

What decides your damage

Not how heavy you lifted that day. Attack comes from three things you build over time: skill-tree nodes (flat attack, double strike, crit chance), progression gear bought with gold, and party perks that unlock as your party levels up.

That means the boss rewards showing up consistently and investing, not one huge session.

Eight bosses, three difficulties

There are eight bosses in a fixed order, each on Normal, Hard or Nightmare. Hard has 1.5x HP and 1.3x attack, Nightmare 2.2x HP and 1.8x attack, with bigger rewards. Party owners and managers pick the boss.

Do I need a party?

The boss is a party fight, so yes: join an existing party or start one. Parties hold up to 20 players and level up from quests and boss kills, unlocking flat attack and shield perks for everyone.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to work out to attack the boss?

Yes. Your turn still runs, but attack and shield only pay out on days you completed at least one set.

Does lifting heavier make me hit harder?

No. Damage is set by your skill tree, gear and party perks, not by the weight on the bar.

What happens if I skip a day?

You deal no damage that day and the boss keeps going. Your party feels it, but you are not removed.

What do I get for a kill?

Gold, XP and party XP for contributing members, plus possible drops if you took at least half the turns.
